For many years now, I’ve used a program called 17hats to manage our bookings at Bowing Oaks. And it saves me SO much time. I literally could not run the venue without this program! So when they invited me to become a brand ambassador, I said “YES!”

What is 17hats?

Simply put, 17hats is a CRM (Client Relationship Manager) tool that can be used for any business or industry. It handles leads, emails, contracts, invoices, and so much more! It also helps you keep track of your tasks and keeps details from falling through the cracks in your daily business operations.

Why do you love it?

#1, AUTOMATION. Once you build your templates and workflows, your business is on autopilot. Ok, not really, because let’s face it most small business owners are type A control freaks that need to oversee every detail. But what the automation does is allow you as the business owner or manager to not “think” as much. Sent out a contract to a new client? You’ll be reminded that it’s due – and so will your client. Payment due from an existing client? Yep, they get a reminder for that too. And even better, they have a client portal that allows them to see all the documents related to their account anytime they want!

#2, TEMPLATES. In most lines of business, there are standard emails that get sent over and over. 17hats allows you to have emails, invoices, contracts, and questionnaires all ready to go with the click of a mouse. Of course, you can edit any of these documents as needed, either on the template level if it’s an overall change, or on the client level to personalize an email or add a service to an invoice.

#3, INTEGRATION. 17hats works with so many other platforms, like Quickbooks, Zoom, and Zapier. Plus you can connect a payment processor so that your invoices are paid with the simple click of a button.
